Each month the San Diego Chapter of NCMA downloads its member list from the National organization's database. Contained within that download are the members' email addresses from which the San Diego Chapter derives its distribution list. On an individual basis, the San Diego Chapter can update its records to reflect new information for members (as provided by the member themselves), however, those updates/edits are over-written each month by the new download. The only effective way to update a member's record on a permanent basis is to do so in National's database. As a safety precaution, Chapters are not allowed to update member records.

1. To update or renew your membership you will need your user name and your personally selected password. For some members, your user name is your NCMA member # (leading zeros included). If you have forgotten your password, you can either call Member Services at 800-344-8096 or send them an email at email@example.com.
2. If you need to change your chapter affiliation, you must contact Member Services at 800-344-8096 or send them an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You cannot change your chapter affiliation via the website.
